Consulting House is a firm dealing in property investment and judicial auctions, with over forty years in the business. They did not need a brochure: they needed somewhere to publish properties and be contacted by the people looking for them.
The site is a real portal. Properties are browsable and filterable, auctions have their own section separate from ordinary sales, and every listing has a form to ask about that specific property. Registered users get their own area with saved favourites and the listings they have entered.
Alongside the listings sit the pages for the services the firm actually sells: sell or rent, debt settlement, and a direct-purchase offer for people who need to sell quickly. Each leads to its own contact form, because they are different requests and have to be routed differently.
Built on WordPress with Elementor for layout and WooCommerce for the paid side, so the firm publishes and updates properties on its own.
