Bevacqua Renovation

A showcase site for a renovation company on the coast north of Rome: static, very fast, with real projects told room by room, before and after.

Someone looking for a builder opens five sites, glances at photos of past work and closes the slow or confusing ones. That is where the project started: few pages, completed work up front, the service areas stated at the top, and one clear action to request a site visit.
Built with Next.js and Tailwind, with light GSAP animations that follow the scroll without slowing it down. Fully static: no database to maintain, no admin panel to update, no attack surface.
The centrepiece is one project told room by room: a hundred-square-metre flat in Cerveteri, rebuilt entirely. Every photo can be tapped to compare before and after, which is the only thing a client actually wants to see.
Deployment happens automatically on every change to the repository. The site is live.
