MyTrainerHub

One codebase, one build per gym: logo, colours and enabled features come from a configuration file, not from a fork.

Fit&Lab works, but it serves one gym. The next question was obvious: can the same app be sold to ten gyms without maintaining ten copies of it? MyTrainerHub is the answer.
Each gym is an entry in a configuration file: name, colours, logo, splash screen, store identifier, its own backend address and the list of enabled features — plans, personal trainers, courses, notifications. A script reads that entry and produces the branded build.
The app is React Native with Expo, nineteen screens across the member and trainer areas: sign-in and sign-up with an invite code, dashboards, client detail, plan creation, workout requests, profile. Authentication runs through Auth0 and data through Supabase.
The practical gain is in updates: with over-the-air updates a fix reaches every gym without going back through store review. The project is in progress.
